The long-standing partnership with the Canadian company TGWT Clean Technologies Inc. is rooted in mutual trust and common goals.
TGWT (The Green Water Treatment) has been a pioneer in sustainable chemistry in North America for many years.
Our combined areas of expertise include water treatment for steam boilers, cooling towers, closed loop systems and wastewater. In 2018, TGWT and Korn GmbH intensified their partnership (through acquisition of shares) to combine forces and strengthen our position as market leader.
Through our “The Tannin Guys®” network, we work closely with 3rd-partner water treatment companies to distribute our products outside of Canada and Germany.
By sharing intellectual property and joining forces, we have created synergies that allow us to effectively leverage our partner and distribution networks in North America and Europe. In addition, we actively cooperate in research and development to create innovative solutions to the challenges of water treatment. TGWT invests 5 to 10 % of its turnover in R&D every year and uses cutting-edge technologies to further develop our joint expertise.
