KORN is intensifying its cooperation with its long-standing partner TGWT Clean Technologies Inc. and acquiring 37% of the share capital of the Canadian company. TGWT – also known as “The Tannin Guys®” – and KORN intend to benefit from the synergy effects of combining their partner and distribution networks in North America and Europe and to intensify their cooperation in research and development. A strategic alliance for green chemistry, with great potential for the growth market in the field of boiler water treatment.
