FERROKORN DSK 29

FERROKORN DSK 29 is a highly effective corrosion inhibitor, dispersant and hardness stabiliser for open and closed cooling systems.

The products in the FERROKORN range are used to stabilise hardness, disperse and prevent corrosion in cooling water, process water and industrial water, depending on the problem and operating conditions.

They are based on specially selected maleic polymers, phosphonates and polycarbonates. They are supplemented by various corrosion inhibitors that provide adequate protection while minimising the water’s tendency to corrode.

This product base offers optimum protection against precipitation of calcium sulphate, calcium carbonate, barium sulphate, calcium oxalate and phosphates, taking into account environmental aspects and operating costs.

Depending on the problem, a product from the FERROKORN range or a specially customised product formulation is used.
The formulations of the FERROKORN product range are currently subject to Water Hazard Class 1 (slightly hazardous to water).

Interference with the degradation activity of activated sludge in adapted sewage treatment plants or impairment of bacterial activity in sewage treatment plants is not to be expected if the application concentrations are adhered to.

The formulation of optimally coordinated additives for stabilizing water hardness and serving as corrosion protection is designed in such a way that a synergistic effect arises between dispersion, the threshold effect, and the deforming activity of maleic polymers.
