Typically, cooling water conditioning agents are added via a dosing pump that is linked to the feedwater meter. This system operates independently of the concentration factor, which often varies, resulting in fluctuating product concentrations in the circuit. Furthermore, after the dosing tank has been emptied, it is difficult to achieve the target concentration without manual intervention.

With FERROKORN DSK 29 T, we offer an innovative solution:
The concentration can be measured online using two different methods. This allows metering pumps to be controlled precisely so that the concentration remains stable at the desired setpoint, regardless of the cycle of concentration. This results in savings of up to 5%. In addition, the measured values can be logged and forwarded to a process control system.
